Superintendent
Primary responsibility is for field operations, including the coordination of subcontractors work. Responsible for all field activities associated with the project, including implementation of safety programs for the jobsite, supervision of all field work by subcontractors and self-performed work.
Nighttime Superintendent
Primary responsibility is for field operations after-hours, including the coordination of subcontractors work. Responsible for all field activities associated with the project, including implementation of safety programs for the jobsite, supervision of all field work by subcontractors and self-performed work.
Assistant Project Manager
Supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects by assisting with scheduling, subcontractor management, and project documentation. Working closely with Project Managers and field teams, this role helps ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards that define Harker’s commitment to excellence.
Estimator
Prepare estimates for submission to the Client. Submit RFI’s for bid clarifications. Coordinate and attend site visits. Work with the construction department to turn over projects.
Project Engineer
An entry-level role featuring excellent growth potential and direct mentorship from project management. This position, will manage daily project documentation, coordinate subcontractor requests, and help drive projects to on-time completion.
