Project Close-Up: Credit Karma
The design concept of Credit Karma’s 8-floor multi-use upfit was designed to reflect the ever-changing seasons. Each detail was carefully considered: from the verdant living plant wall and the tree-lined canopy of Charlotte’s Queens Road to the brisk, bold, and wintry colors on the eighth floor. We built in easy, intuitive flexibility to accommodate a wide range of work styles and requirements, offering changeable spaces for employees to utilize as needed. The space was crafted with productivity and comfort in mind, ensuring that everyone can work serenely and efficiently.

Project Close-Up: Credit Karma
This office has more than just the usual amenities. It boasts a full-service café, music room, arcade, library, nail salon, and wellness spaces including those for prayer and meditation. Each amenity required specific installations, power systems, and water access. It was crucial to ensure that all equipment was installed and connected properly, while also keeping the big picture in mind and ensuring that everything worked together as a cohesive whole.
