The awards program is based off employee surveys, which help shed light on which local companies offer the best places to work across the Charlotte area. With the help of employee-feedback software company Quantum Workplace, the surveys cover such topics as workplace trust and management experience to goal development.
Team Harker attended the Annual True Blessings Luncheon, a fundraiser for the Urban Ministry Center, as we do each year. The Urban Ministry Center not only provides a daily lunch, counseling and other vital resources for the homeless community, but also works tirelessly to get them housed and support them through that transition.

HarkerDoerre participates in 4th Annual “Putt for Pups” golf tournament to benefit Project 2 Heal. Project 2 Heal’s mission is to breed, nurture and train Labrador Retrievers. Trained puppies are then donated to service dog organizations to provide healing for those with physical and emotional challenges.
